"Downloads are okay, but my last one was a hassle"
I mostly use DriveThruRPG for PDFs, and for the most part the downloads do what they’re supposed to. My library is easy to find, and I’ve always ended up getting the files eventually. That said, the last time I grabbed something, the download was slow and failed partway through, so I had to start it over, which definitely made the whole thing feel more annoying than usual. Maybe I’m judging it a bit based on that recent experience, but overall I’d say it’s fine. Not bad, not great, just average for digital downloads.

"Search is actually solid"
I’ve been using the search a bit and it works well overall, the filters definitely help narrow things down and make it easier to find what I’m looking for, though every now and then the results still feel a little all over the place and I have to scroll around more than I’d like...

"Checkout worked, but something about it felt off"
My payment went through fine, but the checkout on my phone felt a little slow and confusing. Something about it was just kind of clunky, even though I got it done in the end.

"So many RPG options to browse"
I’ve found a lot of cool RPG stuff on here, and I usually end up discovering something new even when I’m just supposed to be taking a quick look. Some of the older listings are a little messy to sort through, but that might just be me being impatient. Overall, it’s a solid site if you like having plenty of choices

"Good bundles, but the value can be hit or miss"
I mostly use DriveThruRPG for the bundles, some of them are a great deal. Like, getting a stack of PDFs all at once is really nice, especially when it’s older games or stuff I probably wouldn’t have picked up separately.
That said, uh, not every bundle feels totally worth it. A few have had a lot of filler I’m never going to use, and sometimes figuring out what’s actually included is more annoying than it should be. Still, overall, I’ve had a decent experience.

"Pretty quick shipping overall"
I ordered a print book from drivethrurpg and, from what I could tell, the shipping was a little faster than I was expecting. I don’t have the exact dates in front of me, so I might be off by a day or two, but it definitely seemed to arrive within their estimated window, maybe even a bit early.
The tracking was fine, though not super detailed. It gave me enough to know the package was moving, even if the updates felt a little slow at first. The book showed up in good shape, so I’m happy overall, just taking off one star because the early tracking info wasn’t the clearest

I ordered a print-on-demand book and it turned out nice. The pages feel good, the cover looks clean, and even though the colors came out a bit darker than I expected, it still looks good overall. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but I’m happy with the final book and I’d probably use them again

"Refund was super quick and easy"
I had an issue with a download I bought and wasn’t even sure if it was something I did wrong. I reached out to support, and they got back to me fast. They explained everything in a really simple way and refunded me without any back-and-forth hassle. Definitely appreciated how easy they made it, and I’d feel comfortable buying from them again.

"Convenient, though I keep half an eye on it"
I’ve picked up a ton of PDFs over the years, so I was a little suspicious that the DriveThruRPG library would actually keep things organized without turning into a mess. But so far, it’s been easy to find what I need. The search works well enough, downloads are right there, and updates show up without me digging around for them. It’s not flashy, and I still double-check things out of habit, but it does the job and saves me time.

"Good prices, but I’m a bit disappointed"
I’ve bought quite a few PDFs here because the prices are usually fair and there are deals often. I usually just wait for a discount and save a bit of money. Still, I have to admit I’m a little disappointed overall, the deals are nice, but the experience hasn’t really felt as great as I expected.

I had a small issue where a download wasn’t showing up right, so I messaged support. They got back to me way quicker than I expected and had it fixed without any fuss. It was kinda nice how easy the whole thing was.

"Solid PDFs that are easy to use"
I’ve picked up a few PDFs from DriveThruRPG, and the quality has been really good. The downloads went through without any hassle, the pages were clear, and I didn’t run into any blurry art or weird-looking text, which I know can be a big deal for a lot of us buying digital RPG books.
They also read nicely on my tablet, and the bookmarks made it way easier to jump around during prep or quick reference. Overall, I’m happy with the experience, and I think most customers looking for clean, easy-to-read files would be satisfied too

"Pretty happy with it overall"
Overall, I’m glad I bought this stuff. Most of the publisher content I’ve picked up here has been solid, with good ideas and layouts I can actually use. There have been a few PDFs that felt a little rushed or uneven, but nothing that ruined the experience for me. In the end, the quality has been good enough that I’d keep checking out more from them.

Right away, it just felt intuitive to use. I didn’t have to overthink where my RPG stuff might be, the menus made sense, and I was able to find my downloads easily.
